Here you will have the chance to work in a close-knit team with the cultivation and care of plants and seeds – a job where you can truly contribute to a greener future.

As a summer worker, you will be involved in planting, caring for, and maintaining crops both in greenhouses. The work area stretches from Varberg in the north to Laholm in the south, but you will always start from the facility in Falkenberg.

The seasonal work lasts for 8-9 weeks with the possibility of extension for the right person.

Working hours are 07:00-16:00.

- Planting seedlings in greenhouses

- Caring for and maintaining crops to ensure high quality

- Weeding and other fieldwork, both manually and with machinery

- At least 18 years old

- B driver's license and access to a car

- Detail-oriented and able to collaborate easily in a team

- Proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written

- Experience in operating machinery or working in agriculture/gardening

- Tractor license is a significant advantage
